NORTH, Inc. is funded primarily through state and federal
grants and contracts. While we are grateful for this
public support, it simply does not provide enough money
to do everything we need to do for our clients. Because
almost all of these funds are restricted for actual
client services, they cannot be used for the administrative
and other functions that each of our programs needs
to run smoothly. Your gift makes the difference between
a bare-bones operation and one that fully supports our
clients and staff.
Your contribution to NORTH, Inc. helps us provide important
health services to those who need them, especially women
and children. Any size donation can make a difference.

Benefits of Giving
Everyone who makes a gift to the Annual Giving Program
has the satisfaction of supporting a vital health services
organization with a tax-deductible contribution.
Matching Gifts
You probably know if your company makes matching gifts.
If it does, you can double your contribution easily
by filling out your company's form and sending it in
with your gift.
Memorial or Honor Gifts
Contributions to NORTH, Inc. can be made in memory of
someone you loved, or in honor of a birthday, anniversary
or special occasion of a family member or friend. If
your gift is a tribute to someone, please include a
note telling us the name and address of whomever you
wish us to notify.
How Can I Make a Gift?
There are many ways that you can make a gift to
NORTH's Annual Giving progam. The variety of ways to
make a gift are taylored to you, the individual.

If you can give us a small
gift on a regular basis, it will add up to a substantial
contribution over the course of the year. |
| Gifts of Securities |
These are a great way to
support NORTH, Inc. while providing you with a tax
deduction for the current, full market value of
the securities. The tax advantages of giving stock
hold true whether you give a few shares or many.

Wish List of items that are needed for our programs.

| Bequests |
A bequest is a gift made
at death through a will or trust. Usually, it is
the donor's most generous charitable donation, the
one that provides the greatest satisfaction and
which is the largest in value. |
